HMS Sutherland will go to South China Sea to assert FON rights

The Royal Navy will dispatch HMS Sutherland to the South China Sea to assert freedom-of-navigation rights, according to British Defence Secretary Gavin Williamson in an exclusive interview with The Australian.

Williamson however refuse to disclose whether the warship will sail within 12 nautical miles of Chinese artificial islands.
