Tuoi Tre (Youth) newspaper was recently allowed to visit 681 Coastal Defense Missile Brigade which operates the Bastion-P anti-ship missile.

The brigade is stationed in the south-central province of Binh Thuan.
Most of the soldiers manning the unit are in their 20s and early 30s.
