Vietnam daily Tuoi Tre was allowed to visit the Vietnam People’s Air Force (VPAF) 935 Fighter Jet Regiment as the unit marked its 40th anniversary.

A joint South Korean governmental investigation team has accused three Navy officers of falsifying the evaluation report for the AW-159 naval helicopter.

Investigators found that the aircraft’s endurance and weapons capabilities are inferior than the Navy’s requirements.
Furthermore, the evaluation was done using another model of the helicopter with added weight attached and after studying simulator results.
Three other officers, including a rear admiral, are being detained as well.
