Finnish Navy fired depth charges at underwater target off Helsinki

The Finnish Navy fired handheld underwater depth charges at 3 a.m. on Apr. 28 after an underwater target was detected off Helsinki.

The navy was first alerted to the target around midday on Apr. 27. A search was then conducted by surface vessels.
